For shared game server hosting subscriptions (e.g., for games like Minecraft, Rust, or ARK: Survival Evolved), we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new customers, subject to the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: The refund applies only to your first game server hosting subscription with Reaper PCS. It does not apply to renewals, upgrades, or additional services.
  • Timeframe: You must submit a refund request within 7 calendar days from the date of your initial subscription purchase.

  • No Refunds for Lack of Players: Refunds will not be issued due to insufficient player activity, lack of other users to play with, or dissatisfaction with in-game community engagement. Our game servers are provided as a platform for hosting gameplay, and we do not guarantee player participation or community size.
  • Exclusions: Refunds will not be issued for:
    • Subscriptions canceled after the 7-day money-back guarantee period.
    • Violations of our Terms and Conditions, Acceptable Use Policy, or game-specific rules (e.g., cheating or abusive behavior in games like Minecraft or Rust).
    • Third-party fees, such as payment processing fees, which are non-refundable.

4. Refund Process

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances
